The Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is designed to introduce underclassmen to teamwork, public speaking, and presenting skills as an analyst, while also providing associates with the opportunity to practice leadership skills by managing a team.

This year we are incorporating a technical component that equips participants with essential analytical, financial, and data-driven skills critical for multiple industries including investment banking, wealth management, consulting, and more. This addition ensures a well-rounded foundation, preparing participants for the industry’s strategic and quantitative demands.

We encourage applicants of all backgrounds and previous experience in business is not required to apply. The Associate application is open to all who have completed at least one previous semester of ELP.

Spring 2025 applications are currently closed.
