Spring 2026 Mentor-Mentee Applications are Now Open!​

​Through our semester-long mentorship program, each underclassman is paired with an upperclassman mentor with similar career or academic interests to gain insights into their industry of choice and broaden their personal and professional networks. In the past, mentors have helped mentees with the transition to Cornell, shared their professional journeys, and given recruiting tips.
